BEDFORD, MA – August 11, 2016 – The Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, congratulates Vice President Kim Brauer on being awarded the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM designation is the highest national recognition available to professionals who specialize in community association management.
“I want to thank Kim for the dedication and passion she brings to her job each and every day,” remarks The Dartmouth Group President Bob McBride. “The PCAM is the pinnacle achievement in this industry and we are proud to see her rewarded for years of hard work and commitment.”
In pursuit of her PCAM designation, Brauer endured years of training and experience, mastery of no fewer than seven different CAI courses and the completion of a rigorous case study requiring the development of a 140+ page dissertation and analysis of a large-scale community with a city-like infrastructure.
Brauer has been managing luxury condominium and active lifestyle communities for close to 30 years. Currently, she leads The Dartmouth Group’s signature lifestyle management group focusing on management services to the active adult, retirement, and urban luxury markets.
