CARLSBAD, California – The Prescott Companies, an Associa company, thanks its HOA and condominium board members by hosting appreciation celebrations in San Diego and Carlsbad. Dozens of homeowners’ association representatives turned out for each event honoring the partnerships between the management firm and the communities it serves.
The Client Appreciation Event in San Diego took place at Stone Brewing Company at Liberty Station on October 11 preceded by the September 29 event in Carlsbad at The Prescott Companies office. These annual get-togethers serve as great opportunities for board members to network with association vendors as well as stay educated and an informed about current HOA legislation and association board best practices.
“I want to thank the vendors that serve our residents for sponsoring these events and coming out to show their appreciation alongside our community managers and other dedicated staff members,” says The Prescott Companies President Gloria Todisco. “It’s always great to visit with board members face-to-face to find out how we are succeeding and what challenges we might have within communities. The events also serve as an educational opportunity complete with board member training sessions and guest speakers with insight about the industry.”
