SAN FRANCISCO, CA – October 17, 2016 – Associa, the industry’s largest community management firm, utilizes Salesforce products for its marketing and sales efforts. The success of this partnership was the focus of a series of presentations by Associa’s Salesforce Architect Colleen Burnsed, at the Dreamforce annual conference.
In early October, more than 100,000 professionals of various roles and industries gathered in San Francisco to learn, connect and grow with today’s top thought leaders to improve and innovate their organization’s business practices.
“It was a pleasure to be invited to speak at Dreamforce and talk about Associa’s utilization of Salesforce and how businesses across various industries can be enhanced by consolidating workflow into one platform,” says Burnsed. “Dreamforce is a great opportunity to share what is working for our business and to learn what is working for other businesses.”
Burnsed has been with Associa for a little over a year and has been working with Salesforce for four years as an administrator and previously support specialist of a Salesforce partner application. She co-chairs the Salesforce Women in Technology group in Houston, Texas, to help foster a community of women in a male-dominated industry. Burnsed has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The University of Houston - Downtown.
