PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA – November 14, 2016 – Associa Mid-Atlantic recently hosted a program for homeowners’ association board members introducing them to more than a dozen service providers in one night. The Round Table Program took place in late October at the Plymouth Country Club and featured representatives specializing in accounting, engineering, asphalt, insurance, restorations, law, landscape, education, construction and other neighborhood association services.
Each ‘round’ table was labeled with a vendor’s name and the emcee for the night kept the pace for the board members who had a timed visit at each table, speed-dating style, before moving on to meet other vendors.
“Not only did I get to speak with some great firms, but I also had discussions with several other communities’ board members, said WindyBush Board Member Audrey Harris. “I was impressed with the whole evening. The event was very professional, enjoyable and educational. I look forward to events that may be presented by Associa in the future.”
“Assisting our association boards with qualified vendors offering services at a fair price is one our management functions and what better way to accomplish that than with face-to-face interactions in a casual low pressure environment,” said Associa Mid-Atlantic President Nancy Hastings. “We are always striving to help our communities realize their vision and it’s great to hear positive feedback from the board members and vendors after a successful event like this.”
