KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania – May 18, 2016 – Each year Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, recognizes one of its own for excellence in leadership with the Roger Kramer Memorial Award. Associa Mid-Atlantic is proud to announce that this years’ recipient is its President Nancy Hastings.
“Nancy embodies what it means to be a leader. She inspires others, not only through her words of wisdom, but through her positive outlook, nurturing personality and tireless dedication and hard work,” says Associa Executive Vice President & CCO Helen Carona. “She gets the best out of her employees because they see how committed she is and it pushes them to perform at the highest level.”
The Roger Kramer Memorial Award is named after a revered former Associa executive and is given out annually to the leader who exhibits the character traits the late Mr. Kramer was known for: generosity, ability to recognize the potential in others, commitment to client retention and growth, unquestionable integrity and honesty, outstanding work ethic and involvement in industry related volunteer organizations.
Hastings was presented the award at the Associa 2016 National Summit at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, April 26-28.
