CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – March 1, 2016 – Associa Carolinas is proud to announce Edward Corless as its new president. Corless begins this role on March 1 and will be responsible for setting strategy, directing management operations, client relations, training, business development, strategic planning and leading local executive associates.
“Ed is a veteran in the community management industry and a proven leader within Associa who played a major role in the success of our North Texas firm,” says Senior Vice President Chris Harrison. “Ed has seen this industry grow and change through the years and is the perfect person to lead the team at Associa Carolinas as we experience growth and new opportunities in this region.”
Corless has been in the industry for 25 years and with Associa for the last two years serving as the senior vice president at Associa PMG of North Texas where he was in charge of branch operations for more than 350 associations, the realty division, maintenance department and educational programs. Pryor to that, he worked with national home builders from planning stages through completion of development, specializing in lifestyle and community programing. Corless has his AMS and PCAM designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI) and LEED APaccreditation from the United States Green Buildings Council. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
