This is a promotion for Presson who most recently served as the firm’s vice president of operations. In her new role she will be providing leadership and oversight, monitoring performance and establishing positive relationships throughout the community with a focus on strategic planning and business development.

Presson joined Associa CMC-Jax seven years ago and most recently served as its vice president of operations. Prior to that she spent more than 30 years in the property management industry managing a portfolio of residential and commercial condominiums and homeowners’ associations. Presson is a licensed Community Association Manager and Florida Real Estate Agent in addition to earning designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Certified Apartment Manager.
