In this role, she will continue to oversee talent management, internal communications, benefits and other human resources functions for Associa’s more than 10,000 employees worldwide.

O’Keefe has been with Associa since 2014, when she was hired as its senior vice president of marketing and communications before she transitioned to the human resources department in late 2015. Prior to that she worked in similar roles in the finance and healthcare industries. O’Keefe has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
