RICHMOND, Virginia – February 26, 2016 – Associa Community Group is proud to announce that Community Manager Alicia Ferriola has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The CMCA is the only national certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives. It recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations.
