Near the end of 2015, ASN began management of Incline Crest Number 1 and Sierra View Estates and beginning in 2016, Canyon Pines Homeowners Association decided on ASN for management services, including financial, maintenance, communications and administrative services.

Incline Crest Number 1 consists of 30 charming chalets in Incline Village, Nevada surrounded by pine trees, walking trails and a natural creek.
Sierra View Estates is a neighborhood made up of 274 single family homes located in the North Valleys area of Reno, Nevada. Residents have access to a large park and private roads.
Canyon Pines Homeowners Association is located in the hills of Northwest Reno and consists of 308 single family homes. The landscape comes complete with breathtaking views, open space, trails, and tree lined streets to accent these beautiful homes.
