ORLANDO, FL – December 5, 2016 – Community Management Professionals, Inc., an Associa company, announces that Marc Rodriguez will serve as president of the Orlando, Florida firm. He will assume this role in addition to serving as president of the company’s branch office, Association Services of Florida, in Miramar.
“Marc is an industry veteran and someone who our employees are familiar with and who will keep them motivated and inspired,” says Associa Senior Vice President, East Region Operations Craig Lubaczewski. “The community management industry in Florida is seeing steady growth and we are fortunate to have someone like Marc leading our southeastern teams as we prepare to expand in the marketplace.”
Rodriguez joined Associa in 2012 after founding and serving as CEO of his own community management company. He has been in the industry for more than a decade and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), currently serving on the board of directors of the CAI-SE Florida Chapter. Rodriguez holds Certified Manager of Community Associations(CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through CAI and also serves on the board of directors for the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF). He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.
