ALPHARETTA, Georgia – December 1, 2016 – Homeside Properties, an Associa company, is proud to announce James Arterbury as its new president. He will be coming to the firm from Associa’s Orlando, Florida branch, Community Management Professionals, where he was serving as its president.

Arterbury has been with Associa since 2010 and says he’s pleased to be making the move to Georgia to be closer to family. Prior to joining Associa he served in operations with Wells Fargo Financial and before that, worked with Marriott International for eight years driving growth and brand initiatives in the Orlando market. Arterbury earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
