CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – August 29, 2016 – Associa Carolinas congratulates Director of Management Services Frances-Marie Puente on earning her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM designation is the highest national recognition available to professionals who specialize in community association management.

As director of management services, Puente is in charge of local community managers, business development, talent acquisition, staff trainings and management operations. In addition to earing her PCAM, she has earned CAI designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) in addition to becoming a licensed community manager (LCAM) and certified pool and spa operator (CPO). Puente received her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Nova Southeastern University.
