DALLAS, Texas – August 23, 2016 – After more than a dozen years with Hilton Worldwide, John Ingenito joins the industry’s largest community management company,Associa, as its senior vice president for international and acquisition region operations. Ingenito will oversee the firm’s branch operations abroad and also lead transition teams working with all newly acquired branch offices that have recently become part of the Associa family.

Ingenito came to Associa from Hilton Worldwide, where he served as the senior director of strategic development. He planned and executed key strategic initiatives for Hilton’s global contact center with operations in Cairo, Mexico City, Sofia, Shanghai and Tokyo. His expertise is in customer service functions, remote workforces and remote training development. Prior to Hilton, John was a part of the customer service leadership team for Walt Disney. Ingenito graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
