Lubaczewski will oversee branch operations for Associa offices throughout the eastern United States focusing on upholding this firm’s core objectives and corporate policies.

Before joining the Associa family, Lubaczewski served as the vice president of financial services for Staples where he led multiple strategic operations initiatives, including shared services design and delivery integration. He has also served in various capacities for Dow Jones and Barnes & Noble. Lubaczewski holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University and earned his Master of Business Administration, Concentration in Finance from Rutgers University.
