SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – August 15, 2016 – Associa Carolinas recently became the managing agent for Summers Corner Community Association and welcomes the Allens as its first family to move in. Full management services began August 1 and include financial, community management, communications, record-keeping and administrative services.
“This community is in its first phase of construction and we’re extremely excited that they have partnered with us in the early stages of development so we can get to know families, like the Allens, as the neighborhood continues to grow,” says Associa Carolinas Director of Management Services Frances-Marie Puente. “The community association has a vision for the neighbors here to be able to gather with friends and enjoy the natural surroundings and we are proud that they have put their trust in us to help them realize this vision.”
Summers Corner is a WestRock community, currently consisting of 414 homes as part of phase 1, but will have close to 8,000 homes when the development is completely built-out. It’s located off South Carolina Highway 61 about 24 miles northeast of Charleston.
