He will be responsible for working with developers and builders during all stages of development including governing document review, budget development and overall operation and governance of managed communities.

McCoy has a combined 26 years in the association and golf management industry. Prior to joining Associa CMC, he served as vice president for a local management company overseeing approximately 175 homeowner and condominium associations. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)and Association Management Specialist (AMS) professional designations. McCoy is licensed as a Certified Supervisory Employee by the State of Virginia.
