Associa to Deliver Key Presentations at CAI Annual Conference

LAS VEGAS, NV  – Associa, the industry’s largest community management firm, will be well represented at the 2017 Community Associations Institute (CAI) Annual Conference & Exposition. Associa industry experts have been asked to lead three key sessions discussing pressing topics within the community management arena.

• Nicole Washington, Ph.D., president of Associa EMB Management in Bellevue, Washington will speak about how important it is to find the right people for the right roles during her presentation entitled "Where is the Talent? The Challenges of Hiring and Keeping Quality Team Members in the Association Management Industry."

• Mission Viejo, CA Mayor Pro Tem Wendy Bucknum, vice president of business development for Professional Community Management, an Associa company, in Foothill Ranch, California will team-up with Steven A. Roseman, Esq. of Roseman & Associates and Joseph Brehm from the City of Round Rock, Texas to present "Friend or Foe: How to Work With Your Local, and Regional Municipalities, and Governmental Entities."

• Todd Strosnider, vice president, leadership & organization development, Debra Warren, vice president of education of Northwestern U.S., and Debora Costa, president of Associa Sierra North in Reno, Nevada will jointly present "Bet Big on Workforce Learning & Development."
