Associa Sierra North’s Dawn Osterode Earns Top Industry Designation

RENO, Nevada – May 26, 2016 – Associa Sierra North congratulates Community Manager Dawn Osterode on earning her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM designation is the highest national recognition available to managers who specialize in community association management.

Osterode, CMCA, AMS, PCAM,is a Nevada Homeowners Association Industry veteran with more than 14 years in the business.  She holds multiple licenses and certifications as a Nevada Reserve Study   Specialist and licensed Nevada Supervising Community Manager. She also specializes in developer services. As an industry article contributor, and educator, Osterode mentors others in providing great client satisfaction and retention.
