Associa’s MRCM President Michael Le Page Honoured as Leader of the Year

TORONTO, ON – Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), an Associa company, President Michael Le Page was recently selected as the Industry Leader of the Year by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).

He received the prestigious award at the association’s annual awards luncheon on October 28 at the Toronto Congress Centre. The ceremony recognizes outstanding achievements and professionalism in Ontario's condominium industry.

“The award is indeed an honour, however it is shared with the team I have the privilege of working with. Their level of engagement and commitment to our clients, our team and our shared success has allowed MRCM to accomplish great things and prepare for even more in the future,” remarked Le Page. “At MRCM we are proud of our past and excited about our future as we go forward in partnership with Associa.”

Le Page is a member of the Association Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and has more than 30 years’ condominium management experience. He is a board member for the National Association of Condominium Managers (NACM) and reserve fund instructor for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). Regarded as an expert in the industry, Le Page lectures year-round at industry events and is the author of numerous industry related articles.
