Associa’s MRCM Appointed Management Firm for One Park Tower

November 03, 2016

MISSISSAUGA, ON – November 3, 2016 – Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), an Associa company, has been selected to manage the iconic One Park Tower luxury condominiums in Mississauga, Ontario. Management services began November 1 and include financial, maintenance, communications and administrative services.

At 38 storeys and comprised of 404 units, One Park Tower is noted for its modern design, sophistication, and famed gargoyles that adorn the exterior on the 8th and 32nd floors.  It’s the city’s tallest residential landmark tower, defining and complementing the skyline of Mississauga’s City Centre.

“We are excited to partner with the One Park Tower condo board to continue the legacy it has built and work with them to make future expectations a reality,” says MRCM President Michael Le Page. “We operate from right here in Mississauga and it’s an honour and privilege to serve one of our neighbours, especially one with such a prestigious reputation.”

One Park Tower is located beside a three-acre community park at the centre of Daniels' City Centre, with the Living Arts Centre, Square One Shopping Centre, and the YMCA all close by. Click here to view classic images of its unique gargoyles that the building is renowned for.
