The revolutionary program is called UP for Leaders and its inaugural class of 10 colleagues began the curriculum this month.

Associa’s inaugural UP for Leaders class will be building leadership skills through special projects, assessments, and development plans. Those in the program were selected from branch offices in Tennessee, California, Florida, Virginia, Texas, Maryland and British Columbia.
