Associa Carolinas Names Frances-Marie Puente Director of Management Services

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – February 18, 2016 – Associa Carolinas is proud to announce Frances-Marie Puente as its director of management services. Puente will be in charge of local community managers and play a major role in business development, talent acquisition, staff trainings and management operations.

“Frances-Marie is coming to us from Associa’s Virginia branch and the knowledge and experience she gained there will be essential as she will be an important part of the growth we are projected to experience in 2016,” says Associa Carolinas Vice President Melissa Merritt-Darden.

Puente was previously a general manager with the Associa CMC in Virginia and brings with her more than five years’ experience in the community management industry. She has earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) in addition to becoming a licensed community manager (LCAM) and certified pool and spa operator (CPO). Puente received her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Nova Southeastern University.
