Associa Appoints Brian Kruppa to General Counsel

DALLAS, Texas – May 16, 2016 – Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, is proud to announce the promotion of Brian Kruppa to senior vice president & general counsel. Kruppa will be overseeing all legal affairs for Associa and its global network of branch offices. 

“Brian has played a key role within our legal team for a number of years and I depend on him for great insight and advice concerning any and all legal matters,” says Associa CEO and Founder John Carona.  “His expertise is a great asset for this firm as we continue to lead this industry.”

Kruppa joined Associa in in 2007, most recently serving as deputy general counsel.  Prior to that, he represented clients in the areas of construction defect and professional liability litigation.Kruppa earned his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and a member of the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
