ALBUQUERQUE, N.M - April 8, 2016 - This week Associa Canyon Gate hosted two free events for HOA board members providing training opportunities, educational resources and access to industry experts who presented and answered questions about legal issues, insurance, state legislation and real estate trends. On April 6 they were in Santa Fe at the Lodge at Santa Fe and on April 7 the Albuquerque event took place at Hotel Albuquerque.
"These seminars are a must for association board members who want to stay connected and up-to-date about the latest management tools, state laws, industry trends and best practices," says Associa Canyon Gate President Kim Corcoran. "This industry is constantly changing and we're proud to be able to provide this vital information to our board members free of charge."
Seminar attendees got to speak face-to-face with Associa Vice President of Government Affairs John Krueger, HOA Attorney Lynn Krupnik and Insurance Agent Demetrios Xanthos.
"The turnout was great at both events and I think the personal interactions between board members and industry experts is the greatest take away," says Krueger. "There are so few opportunities like this to get all of your HOA questions answered in one place. It's really a great service that Associa provides its clients."
