Two Associa PCM Community Managers Earn Coveted PCAM® Designations

Professional Community Management (PCM), an Associa company, is proud to announce that two of its community managers recently received their Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Jeremy Wilson and Josh Hodosh have each attained the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. In order to earn the PCAM® designation, managers must have five years of community association management experience, successfully complete all six M-200 level programs, earn the CMCA® designation and complete a case study, among other things.

“We are proud of Jeremy and Josh for this accomplishment and for the loyalty and unsurpassed service they’ve delivered to countless residents,” says PCM President and COO Karen Inman. “Each of them has epitomized what it takes to stay dedicated to this profession in order to achieve this great milestone in their careers.”

Jeremy Wilson is an executive general manager who has been in the industry for 10 years and worked for PCM since 2010. He has managed six different communities throughout the Inland Empire. Jeremy Wilson holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership/Public Speaking from Hope International University.

Josh Hodosh is a general manager who began his community management career with PCM and has been with them for more than 11 years. He is currently the on-site manager at a 55 and over community in Mission Viejo and has managed a similar community in San Clemente. Josh Hodosh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Cal State University, Fullerton.

Wilson and Hodosh will participate in the PCAM® Oath Ceremony and be honored for their accomplishments at the CAI National Conference at the end of April.
