Her role will be to serve the boards, homeowners, and team members with the best in client services, quality controls, and employee relations to insure that Associa EMB remains at the forefront of association management in the state of Washington.

Chavez previously worked at Associa EMB and provided years of great leadership and oversight of client accounts. She brings 14 years of experience with extensive knowledge of the Washington State market. Chavez has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAM-ICB) and she has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from The University of Washington.
