She takes on this new role after serving the company for more than a year as its senior vice president of marketing and communications.

Before joining Associa in 2014, O’Keefe worked in the finance and healthcare industries. Her expertise is in simplifying and translating strategy and tactical information in a way to be easily understood and acted upon.
O’Keefe has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
