LAKEWOOD, Colorado – October 26, 2015 – Colorado Association Services (CAS), an Associa company, is proud to announce its new Director of Operations Elena Lugo.She has worked in the residential management industry for 11 years in various metropolitan areas including St. Louis, Maui, Chicago, and now, Colorado.

She is going to help us elevate our systems, training and overall operations,” says Associa CAS President James Bradley. “Her wealth of experience, leadership skills and proven best practices will enable us to continue delivering unsurpassed client service.”
Coming from a Chicago firm where she was director of marketing and operations, Lugo oversaw various department heads to ensure client satisfaction and innovation remained the focus of all service offerings. Her accomplishments included partner-leading deployments of software integrations, company rebranding, establishing an annual exposition and improving call success rates by 10%. In 2011, she received an Outstanding Leadership in Media award from MCD Media. Industry experience includes her work as a property manager of a 100 unit rental community in Kihei, Hawaii. She was responsible for budgeting, occupancy rates, and overseeing community staff members.
Lugo is a graduate of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri where she earned her Marketing & Communications degree. She received her Leadership in Energy & Environment Design professional accreditation (LEED AP) in 2008 from the US Green Building Council.
