RALEIGH, North Carolina – October 21, 2015 – HRW, an Associa company, is proud to announce that Holly Lull and Tammy Johnson have earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. The CMCA designation is issued by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAM-ICB).
The CMCA designation recognizes individuals who have successfully demonstrated the core knowledge, skills and abilities required to manage a community association. Once acquired, managers are encouraged to take continuing education classes to solidify their knowledge and active involvement in the industry.
“Both Holly and Tammy have been models for unsurpassed service as Associa community managers and each of them are well deserved recipients of the CMCA designation.” says Associa HRW President Cathy Wade. “I’ve seen Holly able to introduce new concepts to experienced associations guiding them to more efficient operations and Tammy’s dedication to actively participate in board seminars, educational opportunities, and volunteer her time with local legislative efforts shows commitment to the industry.”
Lull is a community manager who has worked for Associa HWR for two years and a seasoned professional in the association management industry since 2007. She has experience with all aspects of community association management including contracts, negotiations, amenities, special assessments, transition to homeowner control and litigation. Lull holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Johnson is a community manager who’s been with Associa HRW for six months and has more than 10 years’ experience in the industry. In her career she has performed as a portfolio manager to a co-manager of a master residential and commercial association in Arizona. Johnson will soon graduate with honors from Walden University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has aspirations to continue her education.
