HONOLULU, Hawaii – October 12, 2015 – Richard Emery, the former president and principal broker of Hawaii First, an Associa company, will now be handling the firm’s legislative involvement in Hawaii as its vice president of government affairs. Recently, Hawaii First and its sister company Associa Hawaii unified to become a single entity allowing for this new opportunity for Emery.
