Nicole Washington Named President of Associa EMB Management

BELLEVUE, Washington – August 18, 2015 – Associa EMB Management is proud to announce Nicole Washington, Ph.D. as its new president. Washington comes from Dallas where she was a national training director for a real estate firm.

“Nicole knows the ins and outs of the real estate management industry and coupled with her extensive education and management background it made her the ideal choice for this job,” says Associa Senior Vice President Matt Steele. “She is a welcome addition to the Associa family and I have no doubt that she will be a true inspirational leader for the excellent staff at EMB.”

Washington has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 18 years where she focused mainly on apartment, condominium and single family home rentals.   She has extensive experience with organization development processes in both internal and external consulting environments, leadership development programs and employee engagement analysis and observation. Washington has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Communication and Training from Governors State University and a Doctorate in Organization Development from Benedictine University.
