Homeside Properties, an Associa company, is proud to announce its new Vice President Nichole Garmon. She has been promoted from her former role as director of business development.

Garmon is a Georgia native and joined Associa and Homeside Properties in 2011. She has more than 13 years of experience in the community association management and legal fields, which includes training, information technology, marketing, business development, and association collections. At Homeside, she has served as collections department manager, and most recently as director of business development. She utilizes the variety and duration of her experience in the industry, together with her in-depth knowledge, to assist Homeside with planning for future growth and to maximize service and training efforts for clients.
