Associa, the world’s largest community management firm, introduces its newly redesigned website to better accommodate homeowners, board members, vendors, and developers with better functionality, searchability and updated features including an integrated blog for homeowners and board members. The site, www.associaonline.com, debuts today and is intended to more accurately reflect the Associa brand personality.
“This new website is not only fresh and vibrant; it’s less cluttered, easy to navigate, better organized and more effectively brings together Associa’s branches from around the world,” says Associa Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Chelle O’Keefe. “There is already a lot of positive feedback about the modern look and feel of the design from within the company. We are excited for our current and potential clients to get a chance to navigate and explore the website and discover how Associa is helping communities realize their vision.”
The marketing team spent the better part of the last year assembling the new web experience based on customer, vendor and employee feedback. Improving the customer experience, along with standardizing new and existing branch websites across the Associa platform were the goals for the project.
