KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – Associa Tennessee, formerly Morris Property Management, has recently rebranded to reflect its parent company, Associa, and now its bringing back long-time employee Joe Barletta. Barletta has been named vice president for the Tennessee firm with his main focus being in the East Tennessee market.
“We’re glad to be able to bring Joe back after two years away from the company. It’s like reuniting with a family member,” says Associa Tennessee President John Hensley. “We feel reenergized and re-inspired with our new name, new look and new leadership team. With Joe on-board I feel confident that our communities across the state will truly experience the best service in the industry.”
Barletta has more than 20 years of community management experience and, having previously worked for Associa in this market, brings a wealth of knowledge with him in this new role. Associa Tennessee has offices in Brentwood, Knoxville and Murfreesboro with service to HOA and condominium communities statewide. Barletta will be working out of the Knoxville office and integrally involved in the day-to-day operation of the branch, working alongside the president.
