Association Services, Inc., an Associa company is proud to announce Kirk Bliss as its new president and CEO. Bliss is responsible for setting strategy, directing management operations, client relations, training, business development, strategic planning and leading local executive associates.
“Kirk is one of the longest-standing employees at Associa and a true seasoned veteran when it comes to running a community management company,” says Associa Senior Vice President Chris Harrison. “His experience in the industry combined with his motivational leadership style makes him a perfect fit for ASI as he embodies the family spirit that lives within the company.”
Bliss takes on this new role in addition to his current position as president and CEO of Homeside Properties, an Associa company, in Alpharetta, Georgia. He began his community association management career in 1971 and joined Associa shortly after its inception in 1979. Bliss has served as president and CEO for Associa branches in Michigan, Florida and Georgia.
“With my lifetime of experiences in the field of community association management, I believe it is paramount that all of us at Association Services, Inc. embed ourselves in the day-to-day affairs of managing each and every community, developing strong working relationships, enhancing the services we provide and maintaining a passion for customer service,” says Bliss.
