Associa, North America’s largest residential management firm, is proud to announce Leslie Baldwin as the regional sales manager for the central United States. She will assume her full-time role on February 15, 2015. She will be responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in the central region which includes seven Associa branches throughout Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.
“Leslie is proven leader. She’s had numerous roles within Associa and has excelled at each of them,” says Associa Vice President of Sales Sean West. “She is a motivator and a veteran salesperson with the constant drive to improve her performance and the performance of those around her.”
Before joining the regional sales team, Baldwin worked as the business development manager for Associa’s Houston Community Management where she helped bring in 11 new accounts over a five month span. In addition to that role, she also worked for Associa’s Principal Management Group in Houston as the director of management service. Baldwin has a degree in marketing from Fort Lauderdale College and has attained her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
