Associa, North America’s largest community management firm, introduces Associa Northern California, the largest management firm in Northern California. This new enterprise unites two established Associa branches: M & C Association Management Services and Massingham & Associates.
Associa Northern California offers nine local offices, providing dedicated service and expertise to homeowners associations throughout the Greater Bay Area, Central Valley, Gold Country, and Redding/Shasta regions. The company will continue to provide local expertise and service while providing clients with access to corporate resources, services and offerings unmatched by the competition. Taking on the Associa name assures communities of the affiliation with the largest firm in the business and the unsurpassed service that has come to represent Associa.
“I am excited that these branches are joining forces to truly provide unsurpassed service to all Associa managed communities throughout the region,” says Associa Northern California CEO Joe Price. “The depth of experience of our more than 50 community association managers allows our firm to partner with each of our Boards of Directors and execute on their communities’ vision. Aligning the Associa branches nationwide is part of our standardization process intended to streamline, simplify and enhance our relationships with clients and homeowners.”
The name change will not affect homeowners, associations, or vendors managed by M & C or Massingham. The new website for Associa Northern California is www.associanortherncalifornia.com.
