FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina – August 28, 2015 – HRW, an Associa company is proud to announce that the Cottages at North Ramsey has been named Best Housing Development or Neighborhood by the City-County Joint Appearance Commission. HRW is the community management company for the single story cottage style neighborhood in north Fayetteville and takes care of all exterior home maintenance and landscaping.
“We are so proud of this community and excited to be partners with its developer and homeowners association,” says HRW President Cathy Wade. “This neighborhood continues to grow and it will get even better. Credit should be given to Pat McKee of McKee Homes for introducing a new HOA concept to the Fayetteville market with this maintenance-free planned community of cottage-style energy-efficient townhomes. Cottages at North Ramsey was the host of the first Fayetteville Walk for Alzheimer’s, a testament to the community-spirit of the residents and the developer.”
The Cottages at North Ramsey is located about seven miles north of downtown Fayetteville and just a short drive from Fort Bragg. It features a walking trail, year-round swimming pool, clubhouse with fitness center and pond with a fountain. The commission, which represents Fayetteville, Cumberland County and other municipalities made the announcement at its annual awards banquet at the Gates Four Country Club on August 6.
