CHARLOTTSVILLE, Virginia – August 5, 2015 – Associa Community Group is proud to announce that Susan Dukes has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. The CMCA designation is issued by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAM-ICB).
The CMCA designation recognizes individuals who have successfully demonstrated the core knowledge, skills and abilities required to manage a community association. Once acquired, managers are encouraged to take continuing education classes to solidify their knowledge and active involvement in the industry.

Dukes joined Community Group in February, 2015 as a community manager. “It is my goal to provide the highest level of customer service to all owners, provide insight to the board of directors and ensure the financial picture I provide is a true reflection of the books and records of the association” said Dukes. “I truly try to deliver on the promise of providing unsurpassed customer service.”
