Associa's Lisa Goldman Receives Second CAI Scholarship

June 18, 2015

Association Services of Florida (ASF), an Associa company, is proud to announce that Community Manager Lisa Goldman will begin pursuing her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and it’s all being paid for with a scholarship awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Goldman is already a Florida licensed community association manager who holds her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designation, which she obtained through a scholarship last year. She was one of six managers to be awarded the opportunity this year and recognized at the annual CAI Southeast Florida Chapter event.

“Lisa’s dedication to her career and constant drive to learn more about the industry is why she stands out above other community managers in the business,” says ASF Vice President Marc Rodriquez. “We are excited to see that CAI recognizes how valuable Lisa is to the customers she serves and we’re proud that she is part of our family here at Associa.”

To be eligible for the scholarship, Goldman had to attend four CAI classes throughout the year, document her industry involvement and submit an essay detailing her experiences and knowledge gained while on the job as a community manager.
