Associa's Canyon Gate Hired to Manage Four New Communities in 2015

Canyon Gate, an Associa company, is pleased to announce the addition of four associations to its diverse New Mexico and West Texas portfolio of communities.

“We are excited to begin management of these community associations. They are each unique but all share the desire to continually improve their communities and have chosen us to help them achieve their vision,” says Canyon Gate President Kim Corcoran. “We are honored that these associations have trusted us to serve them and we look forward to working with them for years to come.”

Canyon Gate provides full management services, including financial, property maintenance, communications and administrative services to these associations:

Mountain Brook Homeowners’ Association located in El Paso, Texas is a small, close-knit residential community made up of 50 single family homes.

Fairway Village Homeowners’ Association located in Santa Fe, New Mexico is comprised of 154 single family homes.

Villa de Paz Homeowners’ Association located in Albuquerque, New Mexico is made up of 184 townhomes.
El Corazon de Santa Fe and The Residence Club at El Corazon located in Santa Fe, New Mexico is a vacation townhome community in the heart of the city.
