Associa Names Heather Kerwin as Regional Vice President

Associa, North America’s largest residential management firm, is proud to announce the appointment of Heather Kerwin to regional vice president (RVP) with responsibilities and support for Associa branches in Colorado, Wyoming, Northern Nevada and Northern California.

“Heather has been a leader within the Associa family for more than 14 years and has earned this promotion through hard work, integrity, loyalty and overall exemplary performance during her tenure here,” says Associa Executive Vice President Joey Carona. “I am so proud of what Heather has brought to this company and look forward to seeing what else is on the horizon.”

Beginning in late January, Kerwin will take on her new role and also serve as acting president of Colorado Association Services (CAS), where she began her Associa career. Most recently she has been serving as the CEO of M & C Association Management Services and acting COO for Massingham & Associates in Northern California. Before joining M & C, she was the executive vice president of Colorado Association Services and held numerous positions during the previous 12 years at CAS.
