Associa Mid-Atlantic's Small Business Division Caters to the Little Guys

February 02, 2015

Associa Mid-Atlantic is proud to announce the launch of its new Small Business Division. This division will solely concentrate on services for smaller homeowner and community associations.

“We’re excited to introduce the Small Business Division. It’s intent is to enable us to give small, close-knit neighborhoods personal attention and make them feel just as big a part of the Associa family as the large communities,” says Associa Mid-Atlantic President and CEO Nancy Hastings. “Lou Ann Hingley, AMS®, PCAM® and Beth Rieser will lead this division and I know that they will be perfect for developing face-to-face relationships with HOA boards and residents.”

Rieser has been with Associa Mid-Atlantic since 2005 and is taking on the role of the Small Business Division manager. She has worked in the financial department as a junior accountant. Since she is already familiar with financial statements, she will be the perfect fit.

Hingley has been with the company since 1981. She spent most of those years as a regional director in the Bucks County area managing and providing supervision for many of our clients.

Building and managing successful communities for more than 35 years, Associa is the worldwide leader in community management with over 9,000 employees operating more than 170 branch offices in the United States, Mexico, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa. Based in Dallas, Texas, our industry expertise, financial strength, and innovation meet the unique needs of clients across the world with customized services and solutions designed to help communities achieve their vision.
