Associa Gulf Coast's Jose Ponton Paves the Way For Client Vendor Relationships

Associa Gulf Coast’s Vice President of its Tampa division Jose Ponton recently spoke at the 2015 GemSeal Contractors Counsel held at the Innisbrook Resort in Tampa Florida. Concrete and pavement industry professional were on-hand to absorb knowledge about relationships with community association management companies.

“Jose is an expert in gaining and maintaining clients. He’s the perfect speaker for a group that utilizes face-to-face relationships when making sales,” says Associa Regional Sales Manager Gina Rossi. “He touched on things like achieving greater success with property managers and covered everything from building and maintaining the vendor relationships as well as long term planning and goals to serve the client.”

In his 25 year career, Ponton has worked in multiple aspects of property management, hospitality, construction and association management. He has earned the coveted Professional Community Association Manger (PCAM®) designation as well as licenses in home improvement, pool & spa operation and storm water management. Ponton is responsible for facilitating, advising and assisting numerous clients in the day-to-day management of planned unit developments throughout Florida, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina.
