C-Era Property Management & Realty an Associa company, has been chosen as the community management company for Copperfield Chalet 32 and Ebony in Mahogany condominium corporations. They have been managing Chalet 32 since March 1 and began managing Ebony in Mahogany on April 1.

Ebony in Mahogany is also a new build with 198 units located at Mahogany Boulevard & Mahogany Way SE in Calgary, Alberta. Under the leadership of the HOA's volunteer board, the community is dedicated to social, educational and recreational opportunities and enhanced value for generations to come.
