Dallas, TX - Associa, North America’s largest community management services firm, proudly announces that Clint Wallis has been promoted to the role of Senior Director of Corporate Real Estate. Wallis will oversee all aspects of corporate real estate, including lease administration, as well as project and construction management.
“Clint has extensive knowledge and experience as a respected leader in this industry,” says Associa Senior Vice President of Project Management and Operations Andrew Brock. “Combined with his track record of customer service and project delivery, I am confident that Clint will lead our real estate division with excellence.”
Wallis has shown innovation in leadership in his former role by launching an executive initiative to reinvent the way the company uses real estate data to maximize market share. He was also responsible for delivering significant operational cost reductions across his region.
Wallis has been with Associa since late last year and comes both highly recommended in the industry and with a breadth of experience. Formerly, with Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, he managed a regional real estate portfolio approximately the size of the current Associa portfolio and was noted company-wide for his exceptional customer service.
