“Charlotte is a fast growing market and we wanted an office right here in the heart of the city dedicated to serving local residents with unsurpassed service and lifestyle management,” says Associa Senior Vice President of Operations Chris Harrison. “It’s important to deal with our customers face-to-face and John and Melissa are seasoned veterans with the leadership skills necessary to hit the ground running.”
Pizetoski brings with him more than 13 years of experience as a community management company president, three of which were served with Associa’s Houston Community Management Services. He also has 20 years of experience as an executive with a major insurance carrier and has attained his PCAM®, AMS®, and CMCA® designations from Community Association Institute (CAI).
Merritt-Darden has also received her PCAM®, AMS®, and CMCA® designations and has worked in the industry for almost seven years as an assistant manager, portfolio manager, transition & education manager, and as a director of client relations. In addition to serving as vice president, Merritt-Darden will also represent Associa Carolinas as a member of the CAI-NC Piedmont Regional Council.
