Dallas, TX - Associa, North America’s largest community management services firm, proudly announces that Chelle O’Keefe has been chosen to take on the role of senior vice president of marketing and communications.
At Associa, O’Keefe will be responsible for the marketing, internal communications and change management functions. The continued focus will be development of Associa’s internal and external messaging to represent the company as the worldwide leader for community management.
“We needed someone who could take complicated situations and turn them into something simple and organized. Chelle is that kind of leader,” says Associa CEO John Carona. “Our marketing and communications team has a lot of strong individuals and she’ll help bring them all together.”
O’Keefe steps into the role after previously working in the finance and healthcare industries. Her focus has been multiple aspects of communication including change management and employee development. Her expertise is in simplifying and translating strategy and tactical information in a way to be easily understood and acted upon.
O’Keefe has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
