“Gloria has served as senior community manager, division manager, division vice president and senior vice president with our firm over the last 12 years,” said Cynthia Van Cleave, who recently announced that she is stepping out of the role to take on business development for the West Coast as regional vice president. “Gloria is very deserved of this promotion, and I have every confidence in her.”
With more than 20 years of experience in the community association management industry, Todisco has a full range of property management experience, including everything from condo conversions to large master communities. She specializes in handling developing accounts from inception through build out, always with a commitment to the highest level of customer service. As president and CEO, she will continue the firm’s momentum, leading its operations, growth and exceptional community management services.

Todisco holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), the Certified Community Association Manager, (CCAM) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, all affiliated with the Community Association Institute (CAI). She is currently working toward earning the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) title, the industry’s highest designation.
